COURSE DETAILS

Class Information:This is a one-day class usually conducted on Saturday or Sunday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm; 8 hours (to include a 30-minute break). The course is designed to include peer interaction, hands on activities group and independent assignments.  A final project will be assigned to assess the students’ abilities to demonstrate the knowledge and skills obtained during the course.  Successful completion of course will earn 10 PEU credits. Check the current PEU course catalog for actual dates, times and fees.  All black comfortable attire is required (no leggings, yoga pants, half shirts, tank tops, flip-flops or sandals).  

Attendance: This is an accelerated course.  To receive a PEU Certificate of completion as a Certified Event Assistant (CEA), you must attend 100% of the class, actively participate in class activities, complete all assigned and administered course exercises, exams and group/individual assignments and final project.  

Course Completion: All academic and financial requirements must be met to be considered for completion.  Upon successful completion of this course, the student will receive an official Phenomenal Events University certificate, CEA credentials and eligibility for permanent job placement with the Phenomenal Events full-service event management firm as.  Official certificates will be presented during PEU annual commencement exercises or mailed to participants who do not participate.  Additional information will be provided to participating students.
